What does this change?
Resolves issue #107 #79 #128
Adds functionality to upload form to add multiple files as attach and added a view to detailpages to preview and download them. Also adds new enhancements to form using svelte:enhance such as showing a loader and error messages where applicable.

Try to upload a form through the upload form, you are required to be logged in so create an account to log in and upload. Afterwards check the newly added page with your files to see if they preview and download correctly
