add mqtt 5 client support

• Replaced fuse client with HiveMQ client.
• Added MQTT5 support using HiveMQ client.
• Set default protocol version to be MQTT v5

What is the difference between Efficient MQTT Connect and MQTT Connect from the Mqtt-Jmeter plugin?

If yes, the sources/references so that I can read as well.

I don't understand why these same elements are in the mqtt-jmeter plugin and yet they do the same job.
