Definition of an Xform form for patient registration.
This project contains the files that define an Xform form. This files are:
- javascript_src.js: javascript used in the form.
- xform_xml.xml: defintion of every element included in the form.
- layout_xml.xml: anything related to appearance of the form.
This files can be copied in the xform editor directly in the UI, or can be inserted in the database in the xforms_xform table (updating the existing one)
