This supersedes #42 and has the same goals. A few cargo patches are used to pull in testbed versions that are up to date (published testbed still targets bevy 0.9, upstream is up to 0.12). Additionally, I bumped the edition floor to enable more features for down the road.
All examples were tested and seem to work correctly.
