add zip with little women file and adding how to download via curl

Put the little women file in the shell-lesson.zip file. I also added a bit about downloading the file via curl. Used curl b/c git bash doesn't have wget. I think this is a straightforward way to introduce something very useful. I'll work on a note to add to the lesson on why you would want to use the command line to download files and documents - that's its faster, you can be specific about where you want to place it, etc.
