Requirements:
you need to be connected through the Swisscom-fiber Net.
you need one of the following devices that are whitelisted in the passive net:

for fritzbox you need the correct xgs-pon sfp-module
you need the correct fibercable:

then plug everything in, and log in to the fritzbox interface.

then you're getting connected to the swisscom net:

then you need to call sunrise and ask for a new activation-number called NSN 10 Digits. enter all infos -> OTO-ID and Port then the NSN Number

finally you can reboot your fritzbox, or simply reconnect here: thats it your online
