- added capability; file report.php
- added formating and direct links to fields: userid, reengagement name and course (function: get_all_columns); file reengagement_report.php
- added fields: userid, reengagement name and course to filters (function: get_all_filters); file reengagement_report.php
- added and updated strings. Corrected sentence case; lang/en/reengagement.php
