  1. [PM-12533] Trigger legacy build migration 

    This commit removes the logic that stopped processing an app after the first release was downloaded. This ensures
 that all releases for each app are downloaded and included in the index.

This is a temporary change to trigger a migration of prior builds into the new F-Droid repository.
