This allows basing workshop on unified vanilla mesh-orange, addressing RPI 3B+ not booting after adding some packages tomeshnet/mesh-orange#52 and Make mesh-orange workshop profile again tomeshnet/meshstream#3
Much less files are copied at startup, docker archives are not copied to ~/ anymore, should help with Make conf.d loading at boot more reliable tomeshnet/mesh-orange#49 and Node gets brought up with missing configurations and files tomeshnet/p2p-internet-workshop#70
New packaging and installer tool significantly improves set up process Temporary steps to get hardware set up tomeshnet/p2p-internet-workshop#69 along with basing this on official releases of vanilla mesh-orange
Adds bwm-ng to resolve Add bwm-ng to mesh-workshop node profile mesh-router-builder#10
