You are circle at all, control your side, circle means you are (mostly) safe.

How to use?

1. PGUP: Decrease circle radius.
2. PGDWN: Increase circle radius.
3. Mouse Movement: Stop circle drawing.
4. Do not Move Mouse: Start drawing circle.
5. ESC: exit / stop
6. INS to start. DEL to stop.
