Added voicechat support and adjusted volumes for the default soundpack.

Most users only need the ACAudio-2.0.0.0.exe installer.

You can ignore the ACAVCServer installer, unless you plan on becoming a bot host.

Server owners should use https://github.com/bahstrike/ACAVCServer
