App bundles for macOS x86-64 and arm64.
Some things I have changed:

• :italic is available as attribute
• syntax-comment-attribute and syntax-constant-attribute are set to use italics (all themes)
• Font is set to VictorMono Nerd Font
• libpng and libSDL linked to Homebrew are replaced with MacPorts' versions
• Command key is set to meta, option is option to make it easier to type ¡™€£¢∞§¶•ªº–≠©• and whatnot
• Dark app icon for no good reason
