Resolving proxy contracts transparently for ABI's

• Detect if a contract is a proxy
• Fetch the implementation address
• Resolve the ABI from the implementation itself
• Make whatsabi resolve the contract of other chains, not just mainnet

Workarounds:

• Unhiding the view methods, because whatsabi might mark certain methods as view even if they are now
