Update to Latest appwrite + createEmailSession Fix

What does this PR do?

1. Upgrade from 0.2.1 to 0.3.1
2. The new version of appwrite doesn't support createEmailSession and this is now refactored to createEmailPasswordSession
3. Improvements to client setup to initialise client only once upon mounting the application

Test Plan

• The current build doesn't work when "Login with Email" is pressed. This issue should not persist any longer.
