Mangrove Cover Analysis and Risk Assessment

This repository contains 2 Jupyter notebooks for Mangrove Cover Analysis and Coastal Flood Risk Assessment.

Please upload in data_in folder:

• mangroves_case_study.geojson
• gmw geotiffs for each year (gmw_2016.tiff - gmw_2020.tiff for current case)

Tested on Anaconda 3.1 (Python 3.9.7)

Dependencies available from requirements.txt:

pip install -r requirements.txt
