Updated topgenomes feature

• In this release, the topgenomes_count feature is now added which allow the user to choose how many top genomes [Default 10], that have the most number of exact matches to the query, to report.
• A new script called Complete_Reference_selector.py is included. This script will allow the user to select from the top_genomes report by WhatsGNU the genome that is complete according to a GenBank csv provided by the user.
