Kovel 1.0.0 - First public release

This is the first public release of Kovel - an opensource, easy to use voxel editor

• Reads and saves KVL files, a fast binary format for voxels, based on BSON.
• Exports models to Collada DAE and plain JSON
• Works under Linux, Haiku and Windows (some minor bugs, but still works)
