Tinyriser v2

This is the final (probably lol) version of Tinyriser v2. It has a bunch of improvements over v1:

• Fits to top of case better
• Edge connector has less wiggle room
• Has mount slots for hypothetical 3D-printed SSD retention bracket
• Has place for the screwpost the stock riser also has to fasten it to the case
• 0R jumpers for presence pins are no longer required
• SSD activity LED
• Bigger power trace for SSD
• Better testpoints
• Added 12V testpoint
• Neater silkscreen in general
• Compatibility list on the silkscreen
• More cool silkscreen art :3
• Fan header with future controller expansion option
• Slightly changed edge connector dimensions for better fit

Unfortunately I had to remove the drawing of Tony my beloved because I don't have the rights to that character or whatever and I don't want issues with the original artist, so I put my little bird logo there instead.
