varbase-90011

To install the Varbase 9.0.11 version run this command:

     composer create-project Vardot/varbase-project:~9.0 PROJECT_DIR_NAME --no-dev --no-interaction

This is a patch (bugfix) release of Varbase 9 and is ready for use on production sites.
