Milestone 1

This is a Milestone Release.

Purpose:

• A named, specific, viable milestone tag of Master from which you can work and to which you can refer in doing your local testing or even implementation, even to Production if you're comfortable with the shortcomings discussed below.

Advantages:

• Functionally complete. Seems to be working. Good stuff.

Known shortcomings:

• Audit Trail Logging is not complete, missing audit trail messages present in Out of the Box Regular Old CAS 3.5.2 and also not adding new audit trail messaging appropriate the the novel cas-mfa featureset.
• Documentation could be better.
• Not published to any public Maven repository (that we know of!) so you're building it locally in order to build on it locally.
