Use Merlin-UCLA - AutoDSE - HARP with Docker

Download

docker pull ghcr.io/ucla-vast/software:latest

Configuration

Please update the file run_docker.sh with you own paths.

Run in interactive mode

sh run_docker.sh

or

Please refer to each github. All software are installed in /opt.
