Installation:

  • User preferences > Add-ons > Install from file…> select iOps.zip file.
  • Extract "InteractionOps" folder to "x:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.80\scripts\addons" from InteractionOps-Master.zip file.
