Wabbit Season Duck (1st Beta release)

This release fixes many of the item display bugs! All the newer items display as well.

I had to drop Windows XP support finally, as I could no longer build on my laptop with the older tools and SDK. There probably aren't any XP users left anyway. This means you need a newer redistributable package than before but given how old everything is you likely already have it. If you don't, you can get it here: https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x86.exe

Known issue: there is sometimes a seek error reading the client dats. This is being worked on and there will be a bugfix release for it.

Now that items actually read, we can look forward to improving the program.
This will be the last "alpha" - from here out we're going to call it beta.
