Features:

Images for SE pilots/upgrades are now downloaded from official FFG Squad builder
Default edition for new devices is changed to Second Edition
Improvements in replays:
- Commands are reproduced with delays
- Results of dice are shown without animation of rolled dice
iOS build: unsigned "FlyCasual.IPA" file (can be installed using Cydia Impactor)
