Progress towards resolution of #39.
The non-backwards-compatible change here is the renaming of
default_opt_flags
withPRK_FLAGS
. This is because symbols like this should be all-caps by convention. @rfvander should note this since it might affect his workflow.Berkeley UPC requires compiler flags to be passed as
UPCFLAGS=-Wc,-O3
, FYI.
