Nope, we actually never merged this. I will update the PR once this next spike is done to avoid any disruptive merge conflicts for folks. |

Also added prettify and lint steps to the build. This means that lint errors will fail the build. Personally, I think this is the best way to make sure high severity issues are addressed, but I'm open to leaving these steps as optional.
