This adds a net6.0 build and migrates to System.Text.Json for net6.0+. There's still a dependency on Microsoft.Extensions.DependencyInjection.Abstractions with this model though, need to re-think how that might work to get down to zero dependencies for MiniProfiler.Shared in net6.0 (where MiniProfiler.Minimal cuts functionality to get there before net6.0).
