The most recent macOS version of Telegram uses some new keys, and purely "#" type hexadecimal values for its theme file. This pull request incorporates this value type, and adds values to the new keys so that the "Import Error" can be avoided.
The README for the macOS section has also been updated with a new guide as to how to add the new .palette files (they settings for those have moved to the hidden Developer section)
