doc(binaryoutput): documentation for MAW binary output was incomplete

Documentation for MAW binary output was incomplete. As of this PR, the missing information needs to be added to Table 52 in mf6io.pdf. In the future, the table number is likely to change as descriptions of new features and models are added to mf6io.pdf.
