Identification and Localization of COVID-19 Abnormalities on Chest Radiography

This is part of the group project of COMP9491 UNSW. My contribution is:

1. DGM (Deep Disentangled Generative Model) replicated with the other teammate. (some code referred from https://github.com/YeongHyeon/DGM-TF)
2. Siamese Network with ML based classifiers and clusterers. (Code based on https://github.com/shruti-jadon/Covid-19-Detection-Few-Shot-Learning)
