Hi, I’m Hugo Karas 👋

An experimental physicist specialising in improving measurement methods in Electron Paramagnetic Spectroscopy (EPR) in the group of Prof. Jeschke at ETH Zurich. Originally from Sc󠁿otland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 now based in Zürich 🇨🇭

Main Projects

  • autoDEER: Here we are developing a fully automated approach to Double Electron Electron Resonance (DEER) spectroscopy.
  • DeerLab: I am maintainer here, making sure that its stays up to date and stable. DeerLab is the premier data analysis for advanced processing of DEER data
  • pulsespel-vscode: Is a VScode extention to make it easier to write and edit Bruker PulseSpel files, by adding code highlighting.
