Correction of module paths when imported in geos-mesh/src/geos/mesh/doctor

Checked all command lines output messages presented in the documentation.

No import errors found anymore.

Could you try another strategy:

  • revert your commit or create a new branch from main
  • add the snippet below in the pyproject.toml
[tool.setuptools.packages.find]
where = ["src"]

  • Add a __init__.py file in doctor folder
