Fix for Issue #889
Description
Update src/genie/libs/parser/iosxe/show_mpls.py, update ShowMplsL2TransportDetail regex for local interface, "Ethernet:[...]" is a valid value and errors on IOS-XE 17.06.03.

Resolves #889
