This repository hosts some of the materials of the Masterclass Journey of a Pixel presented during the ESA LPS 2022 in Bonn.
To run the Python Notebook JourneyOfAPixel.ipyjb in an
appropriate Environment, you can use the cloud-based Jupyter-Lab service
of Cate, the Climate Analysis Toolbox of the
ESA Climate Change Initiative.
You'll need to register, if not already done, to be able to access the Jupyter-Lab service. Note, you can login using your existing Cate account.
In the Jupyter-Lab, navigate to the GitHub icon to the left and choose to clone a repository.
Clone this repository by entering the URL https://github.com/CCI-Tools/lps2022.git.
You can then open and run JourneyOfAPixel.ipyjb Notebook.
