Overview

Bugfix release to streamline dev-environment setup on Windows platforms. Other platforms see no changes in this release.

Highlights

  • (relevant OS: Windows) Removed dodgy Icon files that contained weird unicode characters in their filename, causing clone issues on Windows.
  • (relevant OS: Windows) Fixed line-ending style for Linux shell files to <LF>. Normally Windows' git-bash might clone these files in <CR><LF> mode, causing issues when trying to execute them in the devcontainer.

Overview

This marks the first release of this ROS application. It demonstrates autonomous systems design by maneuvering a car along a static track using only information captured via the front camera. This release marks the primary assignment submission for the ASD at University of Esslingen.

Highlights

  • Car driving along the track, following the middle lane of the road and stopping at the traffic light.
  • Full development environment compatible with Windows and Linux platforms (likely works on macOS as well, but so far untested). You will find details in the relevant README section for this release.
