[Feature Request] BrowserSelect window always on top (+ exclude URLs)

Would be nice to have the option in settings to keep the browser selection window (only) on top so if you click a link it won't be behind a fullscreen app or if you just accidently click it away.

Another thought...
Would also be nice to be able to exclude URLs maybe with a 'No Browser' option so that for example some apps auto-open URLs without your request (e.g finished installing an app), would be nice to have it do nothing at all (don't open) if it is one of those URLs excluded.
