ZHA reload issue with custom quirk v2

I can successfully load a custom quirks v2. But after it loaded and I try to reload the ZHA integration again it won't start anymore with this error in the home-assistant.log:

The only way to recover is to fully restart the HomeAssistant (devtools -> restart).

I'm on HomeAssistant Green with 2024.5.4 installed.
