Windows/Android non interoperabilty with Channel API #205

I have a problem where I have a -
Windows Client - andy2
Android Client - andy3
Channel API Client - andy1
Channel Name - radiosystems

I can make speech and text calls from andy1 to andy2 and andy3
I cannot make speech or text calls from andy2 or andy3 to andy1
This is has been an intermittent problem over the last few weeks with either no speech or audio at all, sometimes working OK, but now one way.

I am attaching a Wireshark log from andy1 and have doe a Request Log for all three users.

Please also note that the lack of presence information on connected parties has two main problems -

  • I do not know who is on line so cannot provide a selection of users to pick.
  • I can make a speech or text call to an unconnected user and get a 'success' response to them - see second Wireshark log.

Hi Christina

I have tried to email you on a number of occasions regarding the ongoing interoperability problems between channel API and Android and not had a reply.

If you are no longer dealing with this please could you put me in contact with somebody who is?
