Alternative vector tile provider

There was already the issue #131.
But there is more then just Makina which was discussed in the issue.

I've just watched a talk about VersaTiles and it looks really really great. They are completely free in terms of freedom and in terms of money.

In general yes - I would love a more realtime tiles. Do you know how often they update?

And I just found out about https://openfreemap.org/ - i really like the simplicity with btrfs. Also it uses the OpenMapTiles spec, so we wouldn't need to change our styles. And they update every week, which is much better then Maptiler who update once a month i think.
