Convert all or part of an investigation to a campaign

When doing investigations or hunting, it's not always obvious if we are dealing with only one campaign or several.

I would like to be able from an investigation detail view to bulk select some observables and automatically create a campaign. Ideally, existing links in the investigation are the same in the campaign.
