Intel randomly disappears and becomes glitched

I have noticed an odd bug for a while now where the intel disappears off of the map and when I check the scoreboard someone has it on them, when I go over to the person it's on their back. But when they die, the intel isn't dropped. This is because the intel is somewhere else entirely and I can't see it. Sometimes it's simply not on the minimap and sometimes it's model isn't even visible, most of the time - both. Essentially it's impossible to get the intel and I have to wait for someone else to get it so I can see it again.
