Huge blocks of commented out codes #21

The Xinu community seems dead but lets try this what is going on question

There are files in the snoop directory with almost every line of code commented out snoopicmp.c, snoopdhcp.c etc.

What is the story should the files be removed or are they broken and need fixing?

I am trying to get answers to push updates back but I am not getting any responses.
