Poison 5.0 brings lots of useful functionality one might want to use outside of this library.

Not supporting the newest version hinders anyone from using any of this new and improved functionality.

I'd recommend anyone needing a maintained OpenApi (Swagger) library for phoenix to take a look at this: https://hexdocs.pm/open_api_spex/readme.html
