Импорт пакета в Питон

Попробовал импортировать этот модуль в Питон. Подскажите, пожалуйста, как мне понять, как заставить его работать в Питоне, какая нужна для этого команда? И, в целом, как можно узнать команды для запуска пакетов

There to basically have a Flask application with this package used inside.

You can install the package with pip install ru-proverbs
