Asus H110M-R does not flash BIOS in EZ Flash 3,"Selected file is not a proper BIOS!"

I followed the guide exactly.

• Downloaded newest BIOS file for my motherboard
• Used UEFITool 0.28.0 to add the .ffs to my BIOS file
• Applied patches with UEFIPatch 0.28.0
• Enabled Above 4G Decoding and disabled CSM in BIOS

Then I try to flash the BIOS with EZ Flash 3 because my motherboard doesn't have flashback and I get the error above.
I saw someone else had a similar issue with an Asus Z170-P.
I did see that UEFITool and UEFIPatch said something about Aptio signature(can't remember exactly what it said)
Is there anyway to fix this?
