Add osana only in production #287

Describe the bug
Wrap the call to the osana script in the twig template in a custom variable:

 {isOsanoEnabled
            <script src="https://cmp.osano.com/AzyfddTRtqi1560Dk/bbd879ba-792b-4caf-9a92-a17b920706f7/osano.js" />

This will make osana only be used on the live sites. (We can figure it out by looking for the Pantheon env variable.)

I've confirmed this on develop:
https://develop-wriflagship.pantheonsite.io/

in an anonymous window, there is no Osana popup.
