Describe the current behavior in detail

Checked on https://portalbridge.com/ with iPhone 11 Pro 17.6.1 and Google Chrome 131.0.6778.73.

Steps:

  1. Select any network and wallet
  2. Open "Transaction history" page

Actual result: Two scrollbars are displayed. One for whole screen and one for transaction history.
Expected result: One scrollbar is displayed on the page.
