xcms plot chromatogram - manage SampleMetadata with ad without X (check.names)

Add a function to manage the automatic conversion (in the background) of the sampleMetadata. To avoid having to do a SM with the original file names and another with the names modified to correspond to what check.names gives (adding X before numbers, a dot instead of -).
