Hi there, hi @lecorguille

We were discussing about XCMS tools with @jfrancoismartin and here are some suggestions to enhance the interfaces.

xcms findChromPeaks (xcmsSet)

Extraction method for peaks detection: since now CentWave seems more used than MatchedFilter, maybe putting CentWave as the default value would be more relevant.
Re-organisation of parameters in CentWave:

with all the section hidden by default
Re-organisation of parameters in MatchedFilter:

xcms groupChromPeaks (group)

Re-organisation of parameters in PeakDensity:

xcms adjustRtime (retcor)

Re-organisation of parameters in PeakGroups:
