[FEATURE REQUEST]: Fabric port

Hello!
It'd be great to see a fabric port of this mod since Fabric loader has been getting popular in the last few years.
I visited Minecraft Computer mods discord server and they suggested me to open such feature request.

Also, CC:Tweaked API calls would remain the same so it shouldn't be that difficult.

So because the API calls will be the same, we may be able to port it to Fabric for you and for everyone's pleasure. I'll get back to you later or by tomorrow so I can talk to the other dev about this.
